Got an order of $80,ooo and J as usual want to charge transport,charge packing..a few hundred dollars... She just won't understand that it is a huge order.. and all charges should be include in,we have made a huge profit already and not further antagonize the customer more or she is trying to make things difficult for me..Her own orders usually charges accordingly to her preferences...Went to find out the charges from logistics and idiot E came into the picture.. She said J was busy and I dun need to go n find out the charges as it could have been absorbed into the order (as if implying I had been loafing on the job). I am more busy loh!. J throw almost 1 stack of orders and quotatations to me! But the prob is J wants to charge " everything"..They even went further to said that the charges could be calculated after all packing is done..no brain! After packing, are u going to tell the customer that you are charging them another $1K..surely get a thrashing from them...Wah I 'm going to explode...I really had enough of all yr shit!! How did u come to yr positions??
